What is PayPal?
PayPal is THE online payment service that allows you to pay safely and quickly in online shops - and it is free of charge.

Security at its best: your bank or credit card details are deposited on PayPal only.
Therefore, your bank details do not have to be downloaded over the Internet for every online purchase.

It’s easy! You pay with just two clicks and by accessing your PayPal account. Rather than having to enter your bank or credit card information with every purchase, you simply click on the PayPal button.

It’s quick! PayPal payments are fast: the seller of the product can instantly send the goods, which means that you will receive them generally earlier.

Sign in and use PayPal immediately:
➢    Open a PayPal account on www.paypal.com
➢    Register with either your bank account or credit card information. Make sure the data is correct.
➢    That is all you need to do to be able to pay with PayPal!

This is how I receive the products I ordered, delivery:
Please state your shipping address to the seller in the message box provided or mail it to hello@slowfashion.at.

The delivery schedule depends on whether the product is in stock or has to be produced specially for you. In case of the latter, it can take up to 14 days until the piece is custom made for you. When ready, it is directly dispatched to you; incidentally by the designers themselves.

Shipping costs and duration depend on the country of delivery. Additional shipping costs for countries outside EU have to be charged accordingly.

The goods are delivered by our partner TNT Express, who will deliver to the address indicated by you during the time of 8.00am to 5.00pm (weekdays). Optionally, in order to avoid various delivery attempts, we will ask for a second delivery address, where a personal reception of the goods under your name is warranted.

According to Austrian law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, effective from the date of reception of your order. Please note that in this case the goods will have to be returned directly to the designer(s) in charge – and not to the slowfashion.at address!

§ 1: Area of Agreement
The following terms and conditions define the business relationship between slowfashion.at as seller and you, the purchaser, at the time of the actual order and its specific content.

§ 2 Agreement / Conclusion of contract
Your order is an offer to us and concludes a sales contract. Once you place an order at Slow Fashion, agency for sustainable design (subsequently referred to as slowfashion.at), you receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation certifies reception of the order and its specific details.

This order confirmation is not an acceptance of your offer, but has simply the aim to inform you that your order has been received. We forward your order instantly to the respective designers, whom you ordered the products from, and who will then deliver their creations on our behalf to you.

A sales contract is only concluded when the respective designer, whose products you ordered, ships them to you on our behalf. We then send you a second e-mail with the shipping confirmation.

In the exceptional case that a product you ordered is no longer available or can not be delivered to you, we will notify you no later than 30 days from the day of your purchase order onwards. In this case, you will not receive an invoice for the goods ordered.

§ 3 Withdrawal right up to two weeks, exclusion from withdrawal right
Cancellation / Withdrawal right

You have the possibility to cancel your order via letter, e-mail or by returning the goods, no questions asked. This is possible for two weeks (business days) and starts the day of the wares’ reception. This time frame corresponds to Austrian regulations. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as they are not considered business days.

The time-limit of the revocation period shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment.
The cancellation can be carried out by email: hello@slowfashion.at.
Please return the goods DIRECTLY TO THE DESIGNER who delivered them to you.

You will find the address of the designer on the invoice that accompanies the delivery of the goods. Please do not send the product directly to styleaut.com.

Cancellation consequences
In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund you any payment received corresponding to your purchase.

In return, you need to send back the ordered and delivered goods directly to the designer, who dispatched them. Should the situation arise, you will be asked to pay an appropriate fee for the use of the product.

If you send back the goods in a different – and more precisely – in a worse condition than the one at the wares’ reception, you will have to provide compensation.
This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods occurs while they are being tested. This could easily have happened in a store, as well.

In addition, you can avoid the compensation, if, while you examine the items properly and with care, you avoid anything that might affect or decrease their value.
Goods must be returned to the designer in a singular package. You have to bear the shipping costs for the return.

Exclusion from withdrawal right/products’ return/cancellation

Cancellations neither apply to goods produced according to specifications given by you or products, which were clearly made to fit your personal needs, nor to products which – due to their very nature – are not suitable for a return as such.

§ 4 Delivery
The goods are delivered by the respective designer (explicitly mentioned in the order confirmation) to the shipping address you have indicated during the order transaction. Details about terms of delivery are non-binding.

In the event that slowfashion.at is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to external factors, slowfashion.at is authorized to cancel the transaction. In this case, you will be informed immediately that the ordered goods are not available.

If delivery is not possible, either because the goods can not pass through the entrance door, front door or the staircase of the shipping address, or because no one is present at the specified delivery address, although the delivery date and time have been announced within an acceptable period of time, additional costs resulting from this unsuccessful delivery attempt will have to be charged.

§ 5 Due date and payment
The purchase price is due immediately upon placement of your order. You can pay your purchase online during the course of your order with bank transfer via PayPal.

§ 6 Reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods remain property of slowfashion.at and the relevant designers respectively until their full payment.

§ 7 Liability for defects
If the ordered product is defective, the statutory provisions are effective. The assignment of this claim and right is excluded.

If you want to exercise your right to ensure an exchange of the defective goods against new ones, you are obliged to return the originally delivered products within 30 days to the respective designers’ address at the expense of slowfashion.at.

Claims exceeding the legal statutory warranty rights – regardless of their legal grounds – are excluded. We are not liable for damages that are not on the goods themselves: in particular we are not liable for lost profits and property damages. This also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and agents of Slow Fashion.

This liability limitation does not apply if the damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or if personal injury is involved.

§ 8 Applicable law and jurisdiction
It is agreed that Austrian law shall apply. The UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
If you are a consumer in the sense of the Consumer Protection Act, the court of law of your registered residence, your habitual residence or your place of work shall be competent regarding any claims against you.
In every other case, the jurisdiction of the court of law of the Inner city of Vienna will apply.
